Sis-Ter Srl SB is proud to contribute to the EUROLakes project co-funded by Horizon Europe, which builds upon the 4 Returns Framework for Landscape and proposes an innovative, holistic and science-based approach to the safeguard and restoration of European natural lakes and their ecosystems.

Within the project, Sis-Ter Srl SB supports data management and the implementation of FAIR data principles (Findability, Accessibility, Interoperability, and Reuse). By following FAIR principles, data produced by a project can be easily reused as basis for new research endeavors, enhancing the project future impact.

In particular, Sis-Ter Srl SB leads:

1) Task 3.5: implementation of a cloud data repository for data-sharing among partners and to aid the upload of datasets in Zenodo, a long-term storage solution for European research data;

2) Task 8.3: definition of a Data Management Plan, which catalogues data reused/generated during the project and defines best practices to make data compliant with FAIR principles.
