We are looking for:

The resource will aim to:

  • Define the executive User Interface of new Web and WebAPP products, with sensitivity to issues of creativity, accessibility, and design systems;
  • Making interactive prototypes for User Testing activities;
  • Support the team in analyzing user behaviors and user needs.

Requirements:

  • He is familiar with the principles of Design Thinking, Human/Data Centered Design and knows how to leverage the methodologies that characterize these disciplines;
  • Familiar with major design software for high/medium fidelity prototypes (especially Adobe XD);
  • Creativity and aesthetic sense, as well as a constant update on communication and visual trends;
  • User Interaction skills, knowledge of design trends and usability patterns, and accessibility best practices;
  • Use of User Testing methods;
  • Excellent communication skills in defining requirements and in expounding and justifying proposed design choices.

Experience with e-commerce platform projects and more generally with purchasing processes from a user experience perspective is a plus. The candidate with the required experience will be placed on a permanent employment relationship under the SME Metalmechanics CCNL.
